I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were super tiny and didn't meet my expectations, the service was helpful and accommodating. The location was nice but could use some cleaning, and the dining experience was quite okay, though not outstanding.

The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms don't exactly match the photos, but the ocean view is a lovely surprise. However, the bathroom tissue position could use some improvement. It's not ideal for the pool or rooms.

The hotel staff had a lack of knowledge, but they were incredibly helpful and accommodating with our flight schedule. They even allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was fantastic. They went above and beyond by offering us breakfast when we hadn't even checked in yet and ended up refunding us for the extra amount paid for the room.

The hotel makes up for its small size by being directly at the beach, a definite perk. However, it's a bit off from the center, so we always had to rely on taxis. The main road noise can be bothersome, but the staff is very nice and polite.
